Our landscape experts proudly offer a suite of services, including landscape maintenance plans, tree care and removal, irrigation installation and repair, landscape construction, hardscape and outdoor living enhancements. Our full-service approach to landscaping combines trained specialist teams who work together to meet our clients’ objectives efficiently and effectively.

Leo Garcia President/CEO

Leo Garcia is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of WorkGrove Landscape Inc. He has 20 years of experience in the landscape and tree care industry. He has built the company on the values of integrity, quality and great service, and they remain the focus to this day. On his time off, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He loves the outdoors and can be found at a park enjoying the weather, hiking, camping in national parks, or biking along the beach.

Olivia Carranza Internal Operations Manager

Olivia has been supporting all of our internal operations functions for more than 10 years. She has developed a strong sense of dedication to her responsibilities, making sure she provides attentive care to our clients and ensures all communication flows efficiently between our customers and staff members.
